1 / Do I need a specific level to join?
Pole Cycle is designed for dancers who already have basic pole foundations.
If you can climb, spin, and feel comfortable upside down on the pole, you’ll be able to follow the cycles at your own rhythm.
2 / Is Pole Cycle live or recorded?
Pole Cycle is mainly an on-demand experience so you can train anytime.
Guided and Mentor members also receive live guidance and deeper support inside each cycle.
3 / What’s the difference between Access, Guided and Mentor?
All plans include the full Pole Cycle method.
The difference is simply the level of guidance and closeness. From self-paced structure (Access) to live support (Guided) and personalized mentorship (Mentor).
4 / Will I feel alone if it’s mostly on-demand?
Pole Cycle is designed to feel guided, not lonely.

I created Pole Cycle after years of teaching, training and listening to hundreds of women.
I realized something simple but powerful:
Most of us don’t quit pole because we don’t love it.
We quit because we turn it into pressure.
Pole Cycle is my way of sharing a different vision:
